 as you might know i am very interested in art.
one of the most impressive art works i know is "another place"
by antony gormley. it is located a little north of liverpool
at crosby beach near the estuary of the river mersey.
this installation of 100 iron men built after the measures
of the artist's body looking towards the sea is simply great.

unfortunately a very rainy day in chester,
so i just walked around a little in the streets...

hello friends, i am back on tour. the next days i am traveling through norfolk, starting in norwich. then i will continue to chester and liverpool and finally end up in london.
so here are the first shots in norwich meeting sheila...

the next two days i spent in sevilla, visiting the cathedral and the giralda , the metropol parasol, the plaza de toros and the plaza de espana, the christopher columbus monument, the torre de oro, the real alcázar, the casa de pilatos and finally the puente de alamillo, a bridge by one of my favorite architects santiago calatrava. this is definitely not one of his most spectacular works, but the first one i could see with my own eyes in real. check out his work, it is amasing...
